Nib Insurance Company invites fresh graduate applicants for the following positions.
Nib Insurance Company (NIC) was established by 658 shareholders with a sanctioned capital of Birr 50.0 million and a paid-up capital of Birr 14.0 million on May 02, 2002, with 4 branches in Addis Ababa and a total staff size of not more than 50. Currently, the paid-up capital has reached Birr 250 million, and the number of shareholders has increased to 1,014. NIC provides both general (non-life) insurance and life assurance services to its clients.
Position 1: Junior Officer
Education Diploma (Level IV) with COC in Information Technology or Customer Contact and Secretarial Operations.
Experience: None
Grade III
Terms of Employment: Permanent, after successful completion of the probationary period.
Salary and benefit as per the company’s salary scale and benefit packages.
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Junior Auditor
Education: BA Degree in Accounting or Accounting and Finance. Applicants must be graduates of 2024/2025 G.C. or 2017 E.C. and have scored 60 and above in the exit exam.
Experience: None
Grade V
Terms of Employment: Permanent, after successful completion of the probationary period.
Salary and benefit as per the company’s salary scale and benefit packages.
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Officer I
Education: BA Degree in Mathematics or Statistics. Applicants must be graduates of 2015 E.C., 2016 E.C., or 2017 E.C
Experience: a maximum of two years and a minimum of one year of experience in teaching.
Grade V
Terms of Employment: Permanent, after successful completion of the probationary period.

Position 4: Procurement, Property, And Facility Management Division Head
Education: BA Degree in Supply Chain Management or Procurement or Logistics or Management or in related fields.
Experience: 7 years applicable experience, of which 3 years as (Senior Procurement, Property and Facility Management Officer or Senior Procurement and Facility Management Officer or Senior Property and Facility Management Officer) or 5 years in (Procurement, Property and Facility Management Officer II, or Procurement and Facility Management Officer II, or Property and Facility Management Officer II) or in a similar position
Grade X
Terms of Employment: Permanent, after successful completion of the probationary period.
