Position 1: Manager- Architectural and Engineering Design Team  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education MSC/ BSC degree in Architectural Engineering, Electrical Engineering/ Electro- Mechanical Engineering or related field of study with 5 years of applicable experience for MSc and/ or7 years of applicable experience for BSc including 2 years of management level experience.  

Competency Requirements  

Management Competencies (Building team, Decision quality, Drive for result, Planning, and Priority setting), Core Competencies( Perseverance, nonstop literacy, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus) and Functional 

Competencies( Construction management, Construction cost management and cost and value Management).  

Place of Work; Head Office (Construction Projects Directorate)  

Position 2: Corporate Business Customer Relationship Manager  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education MA/ MBA/ MSc/ BA degree in Management/ Economics/ Accounting/ Business Administration or related fields of study 6 Years of applicable banking experience out of which at least 2 years in administrative position.  

Competency Requirements  

Management Competencies (structure  platoon, Decision quality, Drive for result, Planning, and Priority setting), Core Competencies( Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus) and Functional  

Competencies( Customer Relationship Management skill, knowledge of CRM related Software).  

Place of Work; Head Office (Corporate Banking Directorate)  

Position 3: Branch Manager I  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education BA degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field of study with 6 years direct banking experience while  directorial experience is preferable.  

Competency Requirements  Management Competencies (Building team, Decision quality, Drive for result, Planning and Priority setting), Core Competencies (Perseverance, nonstop Learning Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus), and Functional Competencies( Branch Operations, and Customer Relationship Management, excellent sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills, verbal and spoken communication skills.)  

Place of Work; Arba Minch and Yirgalem Branches under Hawassa District, Tepi Branch and Baro Branch under Under Jimma District; Emam Ahmed( IFB Full- Fledged), Machara and Boroda Branches under Dire Dawa District, Babicha Branch under Nekemte District, Gobessa & Golocha Branches under Adama District and Branches under Finfinne City Districts.
