Position 1: Administrative Assistant  

Qualifications  
• A diploma or Level IV in secretarial science and office management or a related field is required.

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience is required.

Position 2: Human Capital Clerk  

Qualifications  
• Level IV/10+3/Diploma in:  
• Human Resource Management  
• Management  
• Business Administration  
• Business Management  
• Or other related fields  
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in human capital or human resource management.

Place of Work  
• Head Office (Human Capital Operations Department)  

Position 3: Manager, Branch Sales and Customer Service  

Qualifications  
• Bachelor’s Degree in:  
• Banking & Finance  
• Accounting & Finance  
• Management  
• Economics  
• Business Administration  
• Business Management  
• Or related fields  
• At least 6 years of relevant banking experience.

• Proficiency in Af-Somali and Amharic are preferred.

• Branches under Dire Dawa District  

Position 4: Branch Manager I  

Qualifications  
• Bachelor’s Degree in:  
• Banking & Finance  
• Accounting & Finance  
• Management  
• Economics  
• Business Administration  
• Business Management  
• Or related fields  
• At least 6 years of relevant banking experience.

• At least 1 year of experience in one of the following roles:  
• Manager  
• Branch Operation  
• Business Manager  
• Or equivalent position
