Patchee Food Manufacturing PLC is seeking qualified and capable individuals to apply for the following available positions.
Position 1: Quality Control Assistant
Educational Requirement: Completion of Grade 12 or possession of a relevant certificate in food processing, food technology, laboratory, quality control, or any related area.
Experience: Preference is given to candidates with prior experience in quality control within a food production facility.
Those with hands-on experience in food inspection and ensuring food safety will be prioritized.
Required skills include knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, quality control procedures, strong attention to detail, integrity, teamwork, and a focus on quality assurance and compliance.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Sales Representative
Educational Requirement: Completion of Grade 12, a relevant certificate, or a diploma in sales, marketing, business, or a related field.
Experience: Practical experience in FMCG sales is necessary.
We prefer candidates with experience in selling food products or other fast-moving consumer goods. Candidates with knowledge of the local market and existing customer relationships will have an edge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell products from Patchee Foods Factory.
• Visit retailers, wholesalers, shops, and supermarkets.
• Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones.
• Take and process orders, and follow up on deliveries.
• Meet sales targets.
• Monitor market prices, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Ensure product availability and proper display.
• Prepare basic sales reports.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Junior Marketing Officer
Educational Requirement: A bachelor's degree in marketing management, business administration, or a related discipline.
Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, marketing coordination, FMCG, food manufacturing, or a related industry.
Skills Required: Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills; familiarity with marketing principles and campaign execution; ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under deadlines; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; attention to detail and documentation skills; creative, proactive, organized, and results-oriented; ability to work both independently and in a team.
Experience in events, branding, social media, or promotional activities is a plus.

Position 4: Key Account Officer
Educational Requirement: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, Sales, Management, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of work experience.
Preference is given to those with experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing is advantageous.
Skills Required: Proficiency in Marketing, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Sales, Management, and Engineering.

Position 5: Sales Manager
Educational Requirement: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Management, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within FMCG, food manufacturing, or a related sector.
Previous experience in managing and developing a sales team is required.
Skills Required: Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets; strong knowledge of sales strategies, distribution networks, and market development; experience in customer relationships and key account management is advantageous.

Position 6: Senior Accountant
Educational Requirement: Knowledge of cost management, accounting principles (GAAP), IFRS, and ERP systems.
Experience: 5–8 years of work experience.
Skills Required: Proven experience using accounting software such as Peachtree, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems; ability to prepare accurate financial records, balance sheets, income statements, and financial forecasts; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; financial analysis and reporting; ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Desired Skills: Fluency in both written and spoken English and Amharic; additional languages are a plus; strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
