Position 1 – Drivers  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education Valid Ethiopian driver’s license with a clean driving record drives both homemade and automatic transmission vehicles safely and proficiently.  

Experience Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a related role within the development sector or for international organizations.

Position 2 – Office Attendant  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education High school diploma or original qualification.  

Experience former experience in office support or pastoral roles is desirable.

Position 3 – Gender and Safeguarding Officer  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education Bachelor’s degree in gender studies, social sciences, or a related field.  

Experience Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience working on gender equality, women’s empowerment, and/or guarding.

Position 4 – MEL Specialist  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education BA degree in an applicable discipline( Economics, development studies, Project Monitoring and Evaluation, statistics, or other related discipline).  

Experience At least 3 years of demonstrated experience designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation, and learning activities.

Position 5 – Field Accountant  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education BA or equivalent in accounting or related field required;  

Experience At least 2 years of applicable field experience.

Position 6 – Project Officers  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education Bachelor’s degree in development studies, business administration, project Management, or a related field.  

Experience Minimum of 4 years of professional work experience in program, project development, coordination, and coordinating multiple partners and stakeholders.

Position 7 – Access To Finance Specialist  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accountancy, Development Studies, or related field.  

Experience 10 years of applicable professional experience.

Experience with NGOs or donor-funded SMEs Access to finance-related programs preferred.

Position 8: Agro-processing and Food Sector Lead  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education Master’s Degree in a applicable discipline( Agronomy, Agribusiness, Development Studies, Project Management, Leadership, Environment, Economics) and related;  

Experience At least 8 years ’ professional experience in agribusiness market systems, agro-processing and supply chain management, food safety, preservation and storehouse, agriculture, and/ or foundation including deep private sector experience, including in a manufacturing setting, preferred.

Education Bachelor’s degree in development studies, business administration,  design management, or a related field.
