Our company distributes FMCG products through our own network of Sales Representatives and managed database of registered partner outlets located at different major regions of Ethiopia. We provide and implement economic end- to- end route to market strategies for our partners’ brands ensuring an effective and effective delivery of products to customers. With nonstop engagement with our customers through focused interviews and surveys, we constantly update our route to market intelligence enabling us to have an in- depth understanding of what the customers want, and how they want it. Position 1: Senior Accountant  

Job Summary

Enthusiastic, Energetic and customer oriented senior Accountant who'll supervise general accounting operations and control our financial transactions include reconciling account balances and bank statements maintaining the general ledger preparing month- end close procedures and ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all company’s accounting tasks. We expect the senior accountant to possess both excellent logical skills and an in- depth knowledge of accounting principles to efficiently analyze financiail reports and forecasts. Also  suitable to supervise the works done by the inferior accountant.

Directly reporting to the Finance Manager  

Duties and Responsibilities of Senior Accountant 

  • Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts. 
  • Assisting with periodic audit preparations. 
  • Preparing documents for reporting to the revenue office and other nonsupervisory bodies. 
  • Recording diurnal sales transactions and keeping the record 
  • Preparing fiscal analyses and reports. 
  • Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure. 
  • Assisting with preparing and covering budgets. 
  • Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts with Peachtree.  

Experience and Qualification for Senior Accountants 

  1. Degree in ACFN, COC certified is preferable. 
  2. Experience in( Fast Moving Consumer Goods) FMCG sector 3-5 years 
  3. Experience in manufacturing sector is preferable

Position 2: Liaison Officer  

Job Summary

The role as a liaison officer is to facilitate communication and collaboration between departments, teams, or organizations. He she will serve as a bridge, connecting and coordinating efforts to ensure smooth operations and effective decision- making. Managing information flow, resolving conflicts, and maintaining strong relationships are key responsibilities. 

Representing the company in authorized government andnon-government offices and finalize task assigned by material departments.  

Duties and Responsibilities of a Liaison Officer 

  • Planning and Implementing of tasks and assignments to be prioritized and implemented 
  • Facilitate Communication with  material government  services and authorities 
  • Coordinate Collaboration with region government offices 
  • Relationship Management with clients and customers 
  • Handling Conflict Resolution arising between any authorities 
  • Information Management reporting and updating regarding procedures and guidelines outlined by material departments. 
  • Maintain company confidentiality knowledge of regulations stipulated by government authorities  

Requirements and Experience 

  • Business degree related background with 1 or-2 years work experience with traveling experiences as liaison Officer 
  • Language proficiency both written, spoken and Reading Amharic, English and Oromifa 

Frequent travel to branches
