The current limited number of banking services compared to the country’s population and lack of a full- fledged Interest- Free Bank makes the country require numerous more banks with different financial products, services, and instruments. The existing limitations are considered as an entry point to initiate and launch a new interest-free bank – Rammis Bank.
Position 1 Chief Corporate Services Officer
Job Requirement
- Minimum of first Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, International trade or other Business related fields with a minimum of ten( 10) years’ applicable experience (experience in the area of finance, HR and Procurement & facility), out of which, at a minimal four (4) years shall be experience as department manager or original
- The job holder is answerable to the Chief Executive Officier. He She provides leadership for effective finance and support services for the Bank. The job holder will provide oversight for prudent financial, treasury and fund management, procurement and warehousing; property administration, construction project management; general and specialized services.
- He She's responsible for delivering the entire spectrum of human resource strategies and services including the acquisition, development and retention of staff to meet the Bank’s objectives.
- A crucial part of this role is providing leadership in effecting a results driven performance management culture, organisational development initiatives and ensuring staff motivation and a conducive working environment. The jobholder will also provide oversight for the Bank’s security services.
Position 2: Chief Information System Officer
Job Requirement
Minimum of first Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information System, Computer Engineering, Information System or other related fields with minimum of 10 years of applicable experience, out of which, a minimum four( 4) years shall be experience as department manager or original
The job holder is responsible for providing leadership for effective information communication technology support services to the Bank.
S/ he will spearhead responsive IT business solutions including IT projects and program management, system development and customization, and IT quality assurance. The job holder will oversee E- Banking and IT security services including alternate channels and IT quality and vendor management.
S/ he will lead IT service management and service delivery including icing proper IT Infrastructure, database administration, data centre operation, systems administration and systems operation. Salary and benefits As per the scale of the bank
