Position 1: Culture & Engagement Business Partner
Must have specialized professional qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, or related field( master’s degree is a plus), Social Sciences, Journalism, PR Marketing, or original 5- 8 years’ experience in HR, employee engagement, or culture-related. roles
Fluent English and Amharic proficiency( essential), Proven experience in designing and executing engagement strategies within large or complex associations
Strong understanding of employee experience, management change, and organizational culture
Familiarity with check tools, data analysis, and translating insights into action
Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
Excellent facilitation skills.

Position 2: OSP Technician
Must have specialized professional qualifications
Minimum of Diploma or Degree in Telecommunication or related fields, 5 years’ experience, acquiring hands-on experience in fiber optical installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance on both aerial and underground topography. Experience in fiber optical splicing, termination, testing, cable pulling, and pole rigging.
Required Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or Advanced National Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Sciencewith at least 2 years of experience in fiber optics conservation and installation Health and Safety Certification
Working at Height and fall arresting instruments
Experience in fiber deployment projects

Position 3: Business Assurance Analyst
Must have specialized professional qualifications
A graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, or Commerce.
A professional instrument in Auditing, Accounting, Risk Management, or Information Systems will be added advantage..
Applicable post-graduate education is an added advantage
Have at least 2- 5 times’ experience in Assurance, Risk Management, and/ or operation of Business Process enhancement profit Assurance Practitioners Certification is an added advantage.
Experience and knowledge on SQL, script jotting, DB knowledge/ data warehousing

Position 4: Senior Specialist Transmission Network Specialist (IP)
Education & Experience Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Advanced National Diploma in Electronics/ Telecommunications 5 or more years’ experience with 3 times specialized part in a busy telecommunications terrain – Involved in Transmission and IP Network design, planning, installations, commissioning, and operations, especially in IP/ MPLS Networks.
Working knowledge and experience in colorful transmission network technologies and integration with E2E IP Networks.
In-depth understanding of IP network protocols – BGP, MPLS, OSPF, ISIS, Segment Routing, SRv6, IPv6, etc. Professional position instruments needed, e.g., NRS II, CCNP, HCNP. Expert position instruments will be an added advantage. Knowledge of software defines networking principles. Position 5: Senior Solution Architect
Must have Specialized professional qualifications
Degree in Science/Computer Science Engineering/Business-related degree from an estimable educational institution.
3 specialized backgrounds in software development, including databases, operations, Infrastructure, cloud development, and 2 years’ experience in solutions architecture and system design.
Experience of the software development lifecycle is essential in agile and waterfall methodologies.
Certification in Solution Architecture and Cloud expertise will be an added advantage. A “hands-on software architect ” able to share software development experience with the rest of the team, which in turn helps them better understand how the architecture is viewed from a development perspective. Domain experience in GSM will be an added advantage.
Ability to identify all non-functional aspects required for deploying a secure and performant solution into production.
Understanding of Microservice and Multiple Architecture Design paradigms will be an added advantage.
Understanding of Containerization and Kubernetes among ultramodern solution technologies will be an added advantage.

Position 6: Senior Accountant – Reporting and Analysis
Education & Experience
Accounting or related Finance bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. ACCA will be an added advantage.
5- 6 years’ experience in Reporting and Analysis, financial reporting, or accounting roles in an international or shared services environment
Delivers timely and accurate reports to satisfy statutory and business requirements
Identifies crucial performance and variances, and provides recommendations expertise, and commercial awareness to deliver value-added solutions
Strong knowledge of IFRS, with demonstrated experience in IFRS 16 lease accounting.
Experience in the preparation of periodic financial statements under IFRS.

Position 7: Manager- Business Planning and Analytics
Must have specialized professional qualifications
Advanced Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business (or related degree or experience) or original experience required;
At least 5 years’ experience in financial management in the mobile telecommunications sector or in a related role within a large company.
Budget owned (figures) if applicable. The peremptory oversees the monitoring of the whole P&L.
