We're pleased to announce the ensuing position within the Technology Function. In keeping with our current business needs, we're looking for a person who meets the criteria indicated below.
Position 1 SSinior Specialist Billing Operations
Must have specialized professional qualifications
• Degree in Telecommunication Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics engineering/ Computer Science/ IT.
• At least 7 years’ experience in a busy telecommunication/ IT environment or Software Engineering with good knowledge of Mobile and Fixed services with at least 2 years ’ experience managing a team.
• Working knowledge in Unix systems and Databases – Oracle, MySQL.
• Expertise in colorful analytics tools similar and Python, Standard Query languages
• Experience in Procedural Programming languages, Linux/ Unix, scripting,
• Proficiency in networking protocols – TCP/ IP, professional certificatione.g. CCNA/ CCNP or equivalent is preferred
• previous Experience in GSM and fixed services billing is preferred.
• Domain experience in GSM and IT is a must.
Position 2 Administrative Head of Property & Facilities & Retail Asset Management
Must have specialized professional qualifications
• First degree in Architecture/ Land & Building Economics/ Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years ’ experience in design and property management
• Certification in Project Management
• Certification in Quantity surveying or original qualification will be an added advantage.
Location Addis Ababa
Position 3 Administrative Head of Department – Risk( Internal/ External)
Must have specialized professional qualifications
• A graduate with a degree in Economics, Commerce, Engineering or IT.
• Professional certification in risk management.
• IT knowledge – an understanding of the working of colorful accounting packages( including ERP’s).
• 10 times working experience in a risk management role in a estimable establishment, or 10 years proven experience in risk analysis function preferably in a telecommunications environment.
• High level knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Detailed knowledge of technology, financial and telecommunications business operations is essential. Location Addis Ababa
Position 4 Regional Security Officer
Must have specialized professional qualifications
• Degree in Security Management/ Administration or any specialized or business discipline • At least 4 years ’ experience in commercial security with acceptable exposure in leadership appointments.
• Service in the discipline forces preferably not below the rank of “ captain ” from the Military or it’s equivalent in the police service will be an added advantage.
• General knowledge of Ethiopian Laws and Government Regulations pertaining to law enforcement
