Position 1 – Call center representative  

Qualification BSC in Information Technology from  honored Institution and/ affiliated field.  

Experience further than 1 year experience in a customer support part (experience in public transport institutions is A) 

Skills

Basic computer skill  Strong phone and verbal communication chops along with active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices customer focus and rigidity to different personality type

Ability tomulti-task, set precedences and manage time effectively  

Position 2 – Sinior Accountant  

Qualification BA Degree in Account from a  honored University  

Experience Four (4) years of applicable experience in Manufacturing and/ or wares business;

Skills

In- depth Excel and general tally computer  operation knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication chops and capability to exercise sound and logical judgment in  colorful situations; Visible and honored moxie in  fiscal systems, including general tally, GAAP, financial statement  donation, budgeting, payroll, accounts delinquent and accounts outstanding; moxie in the use of spreadsheet and other software programs available to maximize effectiveness;  

Experience is closing procedure  

Experience using software to identify and dissect quality pointers and data, measure variables and highlight trends.  

Experience using ERP software especially NAV.
