Transsion Manufacturing Plc, a company which was established by merging Weiguo Yu, assembler of Tecno mobile phones and Junjie Lui, manufacturer of accessories, has factory inside the Ethio ICT village, located around Bole Lemi Industrial Park. The factory lies on a total area of 25ha and will bring together all of its ICT- related brands, namely Tecno, Itel, Infinix, Carlcare and Afmobi. Currently, the company has a factory for its home appliance brand Synix, which currently resides in Alemgena town where Tecno mobiles are assembled.
Position 1: Sales Representative
- Education and/ or Work Experience Requirements
- BA degree or Diploma/ level 4 in sales and marketing or related education or professional background,
- Experience At least 2 years’ experience as a Sales Representative and work experience in mobile/ electronic sales preferred
- Excellent English and original language in the responsible area communication skills both in verbal and written
- Good at Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
Position 2: Accountant
Education and experience
- First degree in accounting and finance, and minimum 3 years of experiences.
Skills
- Familiarity with Ethiopian taxation laws and online reporting platform
- Excellent command on Excel, and introductory computer skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting software.
- Excellent communication skills in Amharic and English
Position 3: Marketing Manager (IMC)
Education requirements
- First Degree or MA in Marketing Management
Experience requirements
- Have more than five years of working experience as a marketing professional on senior or directorial level

Position 4: Assistant HR Manager
Qualification BA Degree in Management/ or any other related field of study
Experience at least 5 years of experience in HR management and At least 2 years in administrative position.
It's preferable to have experience in manufacturing company.
Position 5: Repairman (General service)
Education College Diploma or Level 2, 3, or 4 by maintenance service, electricity or plumbing service
Experience More than 10 years in maintenance & repair
Language Good command of English
