VisionFund Micro Finance Institution (S.C) is an Institution established according to Proclamation No. 40/96 to provide fiscal services to the productive poor in the rural and civic areas of Ethiopia. VisionFund is currently operating in four of the Regional States of the country. The MFI is presently looking for candidates. The successful candidates will have chops and experience that meet the ensuing conditions VisionFund Micro Finance would like to invite competent and interested candidates for the ensuing position.
Position 1: Human Resource and Administration Officer
Qualification BA Degree in HR Management, Management, or related fields.
A minimum of 3 times of applicable work experience
Integrated knowledge and understanding of mortal resources concepts, practices,
systems, and procedures;
Ability to interact and deal with people;
Excellent planning, organizational, logical, and decision-making skills;
Firm belief in cooperation and gender equivalency;
Basic computer skills;
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Location Furi, Sheger City
Position 2: Senior Legal Officer
Qualification LLB Degree in Law.
A minimum of 5 years of applicable work experience.

Good knowledge of the court system and procedures, legal ethics;
Ability to interpret, analyze, and solve problems;
Ability to act professionally and ethically;
ability and amenability to take responsibility and highly advanced sense of integrity; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Position 3: Branch Manager “ D ”
Requirements
University Degree/ Diploma in Economics, Accounting, Business administration, Management, Banking, Marketing, Cooperative, Agricultural economics, Agriculture or related social sciences and business fields;
Related experience of 4 years for a Degree and 6 years for a Diploma
Determined personality with initiative, perseverance, and the ability to motivate and manage a team
ability and amenability to take responsibility and largely advanced sense of rectitude
Ready to comply and live up to and by the organization's Ideals and Core Values
Be complete in Microsoft Office applications suitable to plan and manage finances, including an introductory understanding of accounting.
Be a good trainer, facilitator, mentor, and coach Excellent communication and marketing skills Motor bicycle driving skills and License
