Position Deputy Chief Executive Officer – Operations(Re-Advertisement)
Job Summary
Deputy Chief Executive Officer – Operations is responsible for credit score appraisal, credit score provision, portfolio management, and engineering actions; Branch Operations, Resource Mobilization, and e-banking Operations of the Institution.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Planning, organizing, coordinating, and supervising the credit score providers, portfolio administration, engineering providers, Resource Mobilization andE-Banking Operations of the Institution;
Planning, directing, organizing, and executing the operation of the enterprise operation of the Institution;
Ensuring the effective implementation of insurance policies and procedures in any respect ranges of operation;
Ensure profitability and sustainability of the enterprise operation of the establishment;
Examiner and follow-up on the efficiency of Regional places of work;
Provide strategic management for your complete administration staff working within the workplace;
Qualification, Skill, and Experience
MA/ MBA/ BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields.
A minimum of 11/13 years of related work expertise, out of which 5 years in a senior directorial position, ideally in MFI/ Banks.
Specialized AND OTHER SKILLS
Ability to supply leadership, talk effectively, and promote a staff approach to support workers'' dedication to applying the Company’s Strategic Plan efficiently;
Demonstrated specialized and directorial means, sound judgment, abstract understanding of participatory strategy and sustainable improvement;
Good understanding of MF business and expertise
Determined persona with initiative, perseverance, and the power to inspire and handle a staff
ability and willingness to take duty and an extremely advanced sense of integrity
Proficiency in Microsoft and expertise in microfin (most popular).
Good data in fiscal and financial matters
Be an excellent coach, facilitator, mentor, and coach
Very good communication (presentation) abilities
