Position 1: Banking Business Officer I  

Minimum qualification and work experience 

BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business- related fields

1 year of banking operation experience  Core competencies

Problem Identification and solution  

Knowledge of IFB is advantageous

Position 2: Senior Banking Business Officer  

Minimum qualification and work experience 

BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business- related fields with 3 years of banking operation experience respectively of which 2 years as branch banking Officer.  Core competencies 

Branch operations 

Sales and Marketing 

Customer Experience 

IFB product Knowledge 

Problem Identification and  result

Position 3: Branch Manager  

Qualification BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business- related fields with 5 years of banking operation experience independently of which 2 years as senior officer/ customer service manager or original role in branch banking area.

Position 4: Store Clerk  

Minimum qualification and work experience 

TVET Certificates in Economics, Management, Accounting or other Business- related fields with 2 years of experience in store management area.

Position 5: Senior Branch Coordination Officer  

Minimum qualification and work experience 

Master’s Degree/ BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other Business- related fields with 3/5 years of banking operation experience respectively of which 2 years as senior officer in branch banking areas.

Coordination & facilitation 

Coaching and mentoring. 

Problem solving. 

Internal control. 

Knowledge of core banking applications

Position 6: Senior Banking Business Officer
