Position 1: Customer Service Officer- I
Educational
• BA Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields.
Work Experience
• At Least 1- year applicable experience
The purpose of this job is to serve customers, pay and receive cash and process transactions; sell the products and services of the bank, acquire new customers open and maintain customer accounts manage customer relations, and ensure customer satisfaction with full effort and maximum care as per the policy and procedure of the bank.

Position 2: Customer Service Officer III – Cashier
Educational
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum Work Experience
• At least 4 years applicable experience with 2 years as CSO I/ II level or original
This position is responsible for coordinating the cash movement of the bank responding to cash requests from Branches in a visionary manner, managing and organizing cheque clearance activity, and preparing, revising, and following- up on the bank’s budget.

Position 3: Customer Service Officer III – Accounts
Educational
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum Work Experience

This position is responsible for serving customers managing customer relations and ensuring customer satisfaction with full trouble and maximum care; selling the products and services of the bank, acquiring new customers and opening and maintaining customer accounts paying and receiving cash and processing deals as per the policy and procedure of the bank.

Position 4: Senior Officer, DC & Cloud Management
Education
• B.Sc. Degree in Information Science, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or in related fields.
Experience
• At least 4 years applicable experience with 2 years as Officer level I or original.

Position 5: Senior Officer, Logistics
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or related fields.
Experience
• At least 4 years applicable experience with 2 years as Officer level I or original

Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Purchasing of Supplies Management, Business Administration, or any other applicable field

Position 7: Deputy Banking Center Manager II
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience
At least 5 years applicable experience with 2 years as Senior Officer/ CSO III or 1 year as Star Officer in an Administrative part
The incumbent is responsible for aiding the Branch Manager in the functions of the banking Center; ensuring its effective operations and achievement of the strategy of the bank and assigned targets; overseeing the day- to day activities, deposit mobilization, processing of credit, trade service requests and other retail banking services; ensure that the activities of the banking center are performed in line with policies and procedures of the Bank and applicable NBE directives.

Position 8: Branch Manager
Education
BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or other applicable fields.
Experience
At least eight( 8) years of progressive applicable experience with a minimum of three( 3) years as a Branch Manager plus having experience in high-grade branches will be an advantage.

Education

• Exposure to different logical software
• Capability of data analysis
• Knowledge of the overall Benefits of Administration
• Knowledge of Employee Engagement and Wellness
• Knowledge of applicable legislation.
