Position 1 Young Graduate Trainee Program
Required Qualification and ExperienceB.A. in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics or in related Business fields. Only Graduates of 2022 and 2023 with CGPA2.5 and over are invited to apply Purpose of the Program Currently, we're seeking new graduates to participate in Young Graduate Program, a 3- month, well- structured training program designed to give a strong knowledge of all aspects of our business. The program combines a series of on- the- job training opportunities in colorful areas, with the purpose of preparing you for coming role in the area that maximizes your strengths, ambitions and aspirations.
Responsibilities
• Complete in- depth training modules to help you better understand our practices, operation and business strategies
• Maintain positive work habits that are conducive to the bank growth and profitability
• Execute other tasks as assigned
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
• A good team player with strong passion to the industry
Position 2 Sinior Officer – IT Projects
Education • Bachelor’s/B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Computer/ Software Engineering, Communication Engineering or in related fields.
Experiance • At least 4 years applicable experience with 2 years as Officer position I or original The contestant is responsible for providing a range of IT to provide project management and controlling service to achieve specific strategic business objectives set in the project charter ensure projects are monitored and delivered successfully within the required timeframe; work with internal and external stakeholders to establish and maintain relationships.
Position 3 Principal Officer Innovation
Education • Bachelor’s/B.Sc. Degree or above in Information Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information System or in affiliated fields
Experience • At least 5 years applicable experience with 1 years as sinior Officer as a Professional/ Expert The incumbent is responsible for ensuring their effective execution, plan, direct, and coordinate Innovation channel activities of the bank; to drive the expansion of Zemen footprint to deepen engagement in existing and new channels.
Position 3 HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Education • Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, or another applicable subject or original experience within the area of Expertise
Experience • At least 5 years ’ applicable experience with 2 years’ experience as sinior Officer/ 1 year as Principal officer in a Administrative part
The candidate is responsible for supporting the Director Branch Management and Director, Performance Management & Employee Services in aligning business objectives with employees and operation in designated Branches of the Bank, formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value- added service to management and employees of the branches that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
