Position 1: Sales Finance (AR) Leader
Required Qualification and Experience EducationBachelor’s degree and above in finance or related field. A master’s degree or professional certification in finance( e.g., CFA, CPA) is highly desirable. Expansive experience in sales finance or accounts delinquent management, rather than in a leadership role. Experience in an international company or a complex business environment is a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team of finance professionals, inspiring high performance and driving results

Position 2: Business Controller (Cost Control）
Required Qualification and Experience Education Bachelor’s degree and above in finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
Extensive experience in cost control or management, preferably in a commercial or manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate brigades to achieve cost reduction goals.
Proven track record of implementing successful cost control initiatives and driving significant cost savings.

Position 3: Business Controller (Cost Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience Education Bachelor’s degree and above in accounting or a related field. A master’s degree in accounting or an MBA with a concentration in finance is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices. Certification in cost accounting( e.g., CMA) is a plus.
Demonstrated experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
Experience with advanced cost accounting modules is highly desirable.
Familiarity with manufacturing or production environments is salutary.

Position 4: Tax Critic
Required Qualification and Experience
Education Bachelor’s degree and above in taxation or accounting. A master’s degree in taxation or a related field is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including original, state, and civil tax codes.
Knowledge of international tax laws is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in tax compliance and planning, preferably in a commercial or public accounting setting.
Familiarity with tax software and tools for tax preparation and analysis

Position 5: Reporting & Accounting Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education Bachelor’s degree and above in Accounting or Finance. A master’s degree or professional qualification in a related field is largely desirable.
CPA or original certification preferred.
Other applicable professional certifications similar to CMA or ACCA will also be considered. Several years of experience in financial reporting and accounting, preferably in a leadership part. Experience in an international company or a regulated industry is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team of accounting professionals, inspiring high performance and promoting a culture of excellence.
