The company was established with a paid up capital of birr. The company has grown its Paid up Capital to Birr 75 million as per the Directive of the National Bank of Ethiopia that requires Insurance companies to raise their minimal paid up capital to 60 Million and 75 million for General Insurance & General & Life Insurance respectively. As of today, the number of the company’s shareholders reached 508. In its periodic meeting of shareholders it was decided that the company’s paid up capital has to be raised to Birr 200 million. Position 1: Principal Planning Officer
Job Requirement
Educational Qualification BA/ BSC degree in Economics, Statistics or related field of study
Work experience A minimum of 6 years of experience with applicable track records.

Position 2: Human Resource Officer I
Job Requirement
Educational Qualification BA degree in Business Management or Public Administration or related field from a recognized university Work experience A minimum of 1 year in HR Personnel Administration or related positions

Position 3: Office Administrator/ Cashier I
Job Requirement Educational Qualification Diploma/ Level 4 in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Accounting and ICT from recognized College. Work experience A minimum of 2 years of experience as Cashier.
