Required Qualifications and Experience
Education: MSc/ MA degree in Health Informatics, Epidemiology, Mathematical Sciences( Biostatistics/ Quantitative Analysis), or related fields.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible professional experience in a performance monitoring and/ or evaluation role.
Experience in exploration is an asset.

Proficiency in English, both verbal and written;
Utilizing programming and statistical software( similar to SPSS or STATA) to compile data and information for complex systems, and knowledge of introductory mess tools

Required Qualifications and Experience
Education with an MD, BSc in Public Health, Nursing, Sociology, and Social Work, with 6 years of work experience in OVC/ HIV/ AIDS programming, community health, or social support,

Proficiency in using a computer, especially Microsoft Word processing, PowerPoint, Excel, and other computer skills.

Required Qualifications and Experience
EducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, International Development, or a related field. A Master’s degree preferred.
ExperienceMinimum of 6 years of experience in grants management and compliance, preferably under US DoS-funded programs.
Strong knowledge of US DoS regulations, including
CFR 200 (Uniform Guidance)
US DoS Advertisements Series( esp. Advertisements 303)
US DoS Standard vittles for US and Non-US associations
Experience conducting risk assessments, fiscal reviews, and monitoring of sub-awardees.
Strong understanding of budgeting, cost principles, and financial reporting under US DoS awards.
Demonstrated ability to build capacity and deliver training sessions.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office( especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint Peachtree accounting software.
Experience with grant management systems or databases is an advantage.
Knowledge of original languages is an added benefit

Required Qualifications and Experience
EducationMPH with MD, BSc in Public Health or BSC Nursing background with a minimum of 6 years work experience in OVC/ HIV/ AIDS programming, community health, or social support,
Strong understanding of the Ethiopian health care delivery and community systems
Experience with public health data reporting systems.
