POSITION 1: REAL ESTATE SALES PROFESSIONAL
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven sales experience within the real estate industry.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Complete computer skills, with experience using real estate software, CRM systems, and property databases.

Position 2: PROCUREMENT OFFICER
Required Qualification –
Education Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
Experience 2 times in procurement or force chain operation, and applicable experience.
Required Skills: Strong knowledge of construction procurement and contract management
Experience in supplier sourcing, negotiation, and cost control
Understanding of supply chain, logistics, and request analysis
Knowledge of applicable procurement laws and standards
Good communication, negotiation, and logical skills
Ability to manage procurement within design timelines
Proficiency in procurement systems and general IT tools
Location: Addis Ababa,
Position 3: Accountant
Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
A professional instrument( ACCA, CPA, CMA) is an added advantage.
Experience: At least 2- 5 years of applicable work experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, IFRS, and tax laws.

Education Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or Environmental Science
Experience 5 years of work experience in the related fields
Fluency in the English Language
Required Skills
Ability to identify and evaluate hazards and implement applicable control measures.
Regulatory Knowledge Understanding of health and safety regulations, standards, and stylish practices.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and spoken communication to effectively convey safety information and guidelines.
Training and Development Skills in designing and conducting training sessions for staff on HSE topics.
Problem-Solving Ability to analyze situations and develop practical solutions to safety challenges.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure compliance and identify implicit hazards.
