MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
File and maintain records
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
Reconciles fiscal discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Secures fiscal information by completing database backups.
Complies with civil, state, and original financial requirements by studying existing.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including yearly and periodic accounts
Ensure fiscal records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
Make certain all financial reporting deadlines are met
Prepare financial management reports
Ensure accurate and timely yearly, daily, and year-end close processes
nonstop management and support of budget and forecast activities
Monitor and support taxation requirements
Prepare for financial audit and coordinate the audit process
Oversee accurate and applicable recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
