Position 1: Outdoor Sales representative
Requirements
- Fresh graduates of 2023/24
- Must have completed a degree in any field of study.
- Strong communication skill
- A visionary and customer- focused approach with a keen interest in sales
- Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to collaborative pretensions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- diurnal briefing and daily meetings with the sales administrator.
- Expected to achieve the yearly sales target of the separate region.
- Undertake all assignments and activities with due diligence and commitment to the growth of the organization.
- Responsible for registration of agents & merchants in the separate zone.
- Responsible for activating & reactivating of agents & merchants in the separate zone.
- Conducting promotional conditioning.
- Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance.
- Perform other tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor or by other Top Management team.

Position 2: Sales supervisor
Requirements
- Must have completed a degree in any field of study
- previous experience in sales supervision or any similar role is preferred
- A visionary individual
- Strong communication and Leadership skills.
- Great Time management skills
Duties and Responsibilities
- undertake all assignments and activities with due diligence and commitment to the growth of the organization.
- Providing specialized support and giving trainings for customers as per the requirement.
- Handling any customer’s complaints within our capacity promptly and provide immediate solutions.
- Conducting promotional activities
