Position 2: Senior Attorney (Litigation and Loan Recovery)  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Four (4) years of applicable experience  

Job purpose: To handle complex legal matters and court proceedings related to debt and non-debt; handle loan and non-loan related litigation cases; follow up foreclosure procedures; appear and represent Nisir at all court situations and any tribunals; identify emerging trends associated with loan defaults that may affect Nisir; and follow up on felonious cases that affect the interests of Nisir.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Logistics, and Supplies Management or related fields with eight( 8) years of demonstrated experience, of which three( 3) years in a directorial position.

Main Duties and Responsibilities  

Lead the internal and external business terrain analysis to understand trends and identify implicit challenges and opportunities.  

Coordinate strategy development and review.  Oversee the company's business performance and identify improvement opportunities based on business intelligence.  

Facilitate communication and cascade company goals to operating units and track performance.  

Establish and maintain the business scorecard.  

Facilitate the development of periodic plans and budgets.  

Lead the design of target performance levels, identify performance gaps, and propose changes.  

Drive the implementation of strategic decision initiatives.

Required Qualification and Experience  Education Master’s degree in law with five( 5) years of demonstrated experience out of which three( 3) years’ experience in a directorial or administrative position ideally in a leading organization( preferably Banking Industry), proven track record in providing accurate and effective legal counsel, contract negotiation and drafting, adding value to an association through the development of comprehensive contract documents that mitigate risk and penalties; Bachelor’s degree in law with seven( 7) times of demonstrated experience in a directorial or administrative position, immaculately in a leading organization(  rather Banking Industry), proven track record in providing accurate and effective legal counsel, contract negotiation and drafting, adding value to an association through the development of comprehensive contract documents that mitigate risk and penalties.

Purpose of the Job: To plan, organize, direct, lead, and coordinate the legal service activities of Nisir. The Director provides expert counsel and insights that enable Nisir’s board of directors and the senior management to make informed decisions and achieve the organization’s business objects; leverages deep industry knowledge, nonsupervisory expertise, and leading- edge research capabilities to provide the loftiest quality legal advice and insights; provides input in the development of Nisir’s long and short term strategic and functional plans and programs.

Main duties and responsibilities  

The main duties and responsibilities of the Director- Legal and Litigation are to safeguard Nisir from emerging legal issues by providing legal advice and ensuring compliance with laws, being responsible for minimizing financial and reputational damage through directing the advisory, legal research, debt, and non-debt litigation cases, foreclosure, and write-off cases.  

Ensure the provision of legal advice to facilitate accurate decision-making.  

Review and approve the draft contract documents of Nisir.  

Lead and review research, legal training, and orientations on different legal issues to establish a firm legal solution;  

Participate in negotiation and drafting of contracts and other documents that might have legal implications for Nisir;  

Review the adherence of policies and procedures of Nisir to applicable laws.  

Provide applicable legal expertise and services to all areas of Nisir’s operations to ensure that it complies with all existing and forthcoming government regulations;  Direct the preparation of statements of claim, defense, other pleadings, and memorandum of appeal.  

Examine judgments, court and arbitration tribunal’s orders and propose remedial action;  

Lead the successful implementation of the foreclosure procedures;  Lead and follow up on felonious cases that affect the interests of Nisir.  

Recommend out-of-court settlements for court cases, including write-off of debts;  

Manage the provision of legal resources to ensure a focus on the business’s priorities;  

Manage relationships with external legal, nonsupervisory bodies, other stakeholders, and attempt to influence pending  opinions that may impact current policy and/ or working practices of Nisir;  

Ensure the perpetuation of all government regulations and requirements by Nisir.

Position 8: Director, Strategy and Brand

Education Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Economics, or related fields with eight( 8) years of demonstrated experience, out of which four( 4) years in a directorial position  

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields with ten (10) years of demonstrated experience, of which seven (5) years in a directorial position.

Purpose of the Job: To enhance the effectiveness of Nisir’s enterprise and marketing strategic performance for market and product development, positioning, and delivering Nisir’s value propositions to targeted markets and brand eminence through strategic planning and monitoring decisions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Develop the company’s strategic plans and communicate them to all teams.  

Create alignment around the strategy, proactively identify interdependencies and solidarity, and foster collaboration across the company. Support the evaluation and prioritization of strategic initiatives and projects across the Company.  

Facilitate the development of periodic plans and budgets across the company. Lead workshops with senior management and the Board to define business KPIs and develop applicable systems and tools in the performance management system to support these KPIs.  Monitor and evaluate the performance of Nisir against its strategies, goals, and periodic commercial plan/ targets segregated into different time bands(  similar to yearly, daily, semi-annually, and annually) and generate reports to be presented for Board and management deliberation.  

Examine and evaluate the performance of working units against their own previous plan.  

Monitor and manage the execution of project initiatives to ensure successful delivery within time and budget.  

Monitor the ongoing enterprise performance against the strategic plan.  

Support and advise the business by delivering high-quality performance reporting and analysis.  Lead the activities of formulating the brand strategy by defining the vision, mission, values, and personality of the brand, as well as its positioning, differentiation, and value proposition.  

Oversee the prosecution of the brand strategy across all channels and touchpoints, such as websites, social media, advertising, packaging, events, and client service.  Lead the analysis of client demographics, preferences, requirements, and buying habits to identify implicit requests and factors affecting product demand.  

Develop applicable strategic recommendations related to target request selection, positioning, and marketing blend strategy.  

Lead the performance assessment of new and existing products and initiate the conduct for enhancement.  

Cover the position of the company’s products, collectively and inclusively, in the business, and provide applicable recommendations for consideration by Nisir’s Executive Management.  

Lead the identification of unmet customer requirements and marketplace insights, and develop recommendations for developing new product/ technology opportunities, and entering into new geographic requests and regions.  Develop a comprehensive customer path and experience path, and work out detailed service standards. 

 Support in translating the overall company strategy to specific marketing mix programs and in implementing and monitoring the effectiveness of the business strategy and marketing programs.  

Lead the determination of crucial marketing performance metrics and track the company’s marketing performance on these metrics( including sales, profitability of products by segments, clients, destinations, etc.).  

Lead the post-commercialization research to assess the request position of recently introduced products, and conduct post-campaign exploration to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing juggernauts and recommend required adjustments.  

Develop styles and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data, and support other work units in the design and execution of surveys and other research studies.  

Oversee translation of creative briefs into advertising campaigns, media placement and purchasing, packaging art, website content, and track the effectiveness of juggernauts and align juggernauts with product and brand goals.  Cultivate strategic relationships with existing and implicit customers and business partners.  

Track marketing components of the business plan, analyse current results and marketplace data, evaluate the effectiveness of current and planned initiatives, and make spending trade-offs and re-allocate resources.  

Lead the development and implementation of customer feedback instruments( i.e., surveys, etc.), insights from sales force, distribution centers, and operations, and use findings to ameliorate client experience and enhance sales force effectiveness.
