Position 1 – Debuty Branch Manager

• Education –  Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Insurance, Management, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, arithmetic, Statistics, Law, Engineering or connected field of study from recognized higher learning establishment and ideally have certification or advanced certification in insurance from hired Insurance Institute (CII).
• Experience: nine years of relevant work expertise out of that three years on social control Position or four years as a Principal Officer
• Salary is as per the corporate Scale and advantages packages
• Work place – at Gofa Branch

Position 2 – Manager,Facilities management division

• Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Management or economic science or Accounting or selling, Banking & Insurance or connected fields of study from Recognized higher learning establishment
• Experience: seven years of relevant work expertise out of that two years as Principal Officer or three years as a Senior Officer or five years equivalent position
• Salary is as per the corporate Scale and advantages packages
• Work place – Head workplace of the corporate

Position 3 – manager bussiness development Division

• Education – Bachelor’s Degree in selling or Management or Accounting or economic science or connected fields of study from recognized higher learning establishments
• Experience: eight years of relevant work expertise out of that two years on social control position/Principal Officer or three years as a Senior Officer or equivalent position
• Salary is as per the corporate Scale and advantages packages
• Work place – Head workplace of the corporate

Position 4 – Manager ,Human Resource strategy & structure development division

• Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, or Management, economic science or Law or connected fields of study from recognized higher learning establishment and ideally have a Society of Human Resources Management Senior Certified skilled (SHRM-SCP).
• Experience: eight years of relevant work expertise out of that two years on social control position/Principal Officer or three years as a Senior Officer or equivalent position

Position 5 – Manager,human resource development division
