Position 1 – Senior HR Strategy and Organizational Development Officer
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 4 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years as HR Officer or 4 as a Junior HR Officer or Equivalent positions.
Work Place: Head Office

Position 2 – Manager, Human Resources Development Division
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, or Management or Economics, Law or related field of study from a recognized higher Learning Institution and preferably have a society of Human Resources Management Senior certified professional(SHRM-SCP).
Experience: 8 years of relevant work experience out of which 1 year as a Lower Level Division Manager (Gaammee Branch Manager) or 3 years as a Principal (Dabballee Branch Manager) or equivalent position.
Work Place: Head Office
