Minimum Qualifications & Experience  

  • Qualifications BA in sales, marketing, communication, Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Management, Economics, and related fields 

Work Experience  

  • A minimum of 3 (Three) years of related working experience  

Required Skills & Knowledge  

  • Knowledge of introductory accounting, marketing, and sales skills.  
  • Communication and interpersonal skills;  

Position 2 Accountant

minimum qualifications & Experience  

• BA/B.SC in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Management or related field.  

Work Experience  

  • A minimum of 3( Three) years related working experience  
  • Required Skills & Knowledge  
  • knowledge of introductory accounting, IFRS standards, and tax regulations.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills;  
  • Basic computer application skills  
  • Knowledge of  introductory accounting software  

Position 3 Office Management & Secretary  

Qualification  

  • BA Degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management, Management, or other related fields.

Work Experience  

  • 2 years of secretarial position work experience.  

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Communication and interpersonal skills;  
  • Basic computer application skills, MS, Windows, excel, etc. 
  • Knowledge of  introductory secretarial services & office management  

Position 4 Marketing & Communication Head  

Minimum qualification and work experience  

• BA Degree in Management, Marketing communications, Business, Marketing, English, Journalism, or other related fields with 4( 6) years of banking experience of which 2 Years in the marketing and communication area  

Required Skill and Knowledge  

  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills  
  • Good organizational and planning skills  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication  
  • The ability to work on multiple projects at one time  
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines  
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy  
  • Strong digital marketing skill  
  • Good knowledge of marketing techniques  
  • Self-motivation
  • The ability to be a team player  
  • Good creative skills  

Position 5 Head of Finance and Administration  

Minimum qualification and experience  

  • MA/ BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, management, economics, or any other related field and 4/6 years of applicable experience.  
  • Required skills and knowledge  
  • Ability to work under pressure, and exercise excellent judgment  
  • Attentive to details and accuracy  
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Leadership and team management skills  strong logical and problem-solving skills  
  • Solid computer competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and knowledge of accounting packages.  
  • Knowledge of procurement and negotiation skills
