Position 1 Multimedia Designer and content developer
Must have specialized professional qualifications
B.A degree in Fine Arts, Communication, and related fields
Certificate in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field
Four years of proven experience in graphic design, audio editing, and video editing, preferably in a professional setting.

Experience with motion graphics, 3D animation, and interactive media is a plus.
Experience working for creative agencies is a plus. Role purpose We're seeking a talented Multimedia Designer to join our team and take charge of creating visually stunning and engaging graphic design, audio, and video editing content. As a Multimedia Designer, you'll be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing multimedia assets for a variety of purposes, including marketing campaigns, social media content, presentations, and more.

Position 2 Senior Accountant – Fixed Assets
Education & Experience
Business-related bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
good accountant with CPA/ ACCA/ CIMA/ ACA.
2 – 3 years post-qualification experience in finance with a specialization in an area of financial accounting.
Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools.
A strategic thinker, shaping processes, people, and systems.
Liaise with the tax section for preparation of schedules required for tax computation purposes to ensure that proper and maximum possible capital allowances are claimed by the business.
Justify any adjustments to fixed assets with a proper analysis of the impact it has on depreciation.
Analyze CWIP into the specific sites to which they relate and tie the same to specific purchase orders.
Age the CWIP based on the issuance report to ensure that no items remain therein for more than 6 months.
Ensure that applicable reconciliation is done between movements in the fixed assets accounts, CWIP accounts, and the related accruals and creditors accounts, to ensure completeness and accuracy of ledger entries.
Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of ledger and sub-ledgers by ensuring that all the Oracle ledger entries are accurate and updated.
Ensure and monitor the process for tagging all assets and update the tag numbers into the fixed means register for all additions.
Ensure physical verification of all capital outfits and stocks annually. Where dissonances are linked, ensure the same is resolved and streamlined on Oracle inventory balances and the Oracle fiscal tally.
Examiner for any damaged or disabled capital outfit and ensure acceptable provisions and write-offs are honored and reserved in the accounts in line with the applicable account programs after acceptable blessings and ensure utilization of the provisions is properly monitored.
Role purpose Manage the company-possessed and leased assets by recording the cost of recently-acquired fixed assets( both palpable and impalpable), tracking fixed assets, recording depreciation, and accounting for the disposal of fixed assets.
