Position 1 External Affairs Manager
Must have specialized professional qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in in Political Science, Law, Economics, Communication or analogous discipline
- More than 8 years of experience in analogous/ related role in government or a commercial entity
- Good relationships with stakeholders in the region including law enforcement agencies
- Professional usage of the region’s working language
- Must know the socioeconomic and political situation of the region and preferably work in the region.
- Experience in community engagement in the region.

Position 2 Administrative Head of Department – Sales Strategy & Distribution Capability
Must have specialized professional qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- Research and development experience
- minimal 8 years ’ experience in a trade sales development part & partner management
- minimum 3 – years ’ experience in a leadership (people management) role.
Wanted
- Experience in launching and developing digital/e-top distrbution system for telecom or banking/ commercer company.
- Strong marketable acumen and business development skills
- Strong logical and problem- solving Skills( statistics)
- Exceptional collaboration and leadership skills.
- Strong communicator- story telling and excellent listener
- Must be self- motivated, quick- thinker, and result oriented.
- English proficiency with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is obligatory.( MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Position 3 OSP Technician
Must have specialized professional qualifications
- Minimum of Diploma or Degree in Telecommunication or related fields
- 5 years ’ experience acquiring Hands- on experience with fiber optical installation, troubleshooting, and conservation on both Arial and underground topography. experience in fiber optical splicing, termination, testing, cable pulling and pole rigging.
Wanted
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical and Electronics Engineering, or Advanced National Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science with at least 2 years of experience in fiber optics maintenance and installation
Health and Safety Certification
Working at Height and fall arresting Certification
Experience in fiber deployment projects
Location Addis Ababa, Hawassa, Jimma
