Position 1: Head of IT 

JOB SUMMARY 
The Head of IT is responsible for developing and executing the IT strategy for the FMCG Group of Companies, ensuring the effective operation of all IT systems, infrastructure, and security. Crucial responsibilities include overseeing the implementation and optimization of ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics NAV, to support business operations. This role involves managing IT staff, ensuring system security, and driving digital metamorphosis enterprise to enhance  functional efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to innovate while ensuring functional effectiveness. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
IT Strategy Development Align IT with the broader business goals of the FMCG Group. 
ERP Systems Management Oversee the implementation, customization, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, ensuring it supports finance, supply chain, sales, HR, and other business functions. 
Digital Transformation Drive efficiency improvements by integrating new technologies  similar as cloud computing, IoT, mobile apps, ande-commerce into business operations. 
Team Leadership Manage and mentor an IT team to ensure dependable system operation and specialized support across the organization. 
System Security Implement cybersecurity policies and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested. 
Collaboration Work closely with other department heads to identify and implement technology-driven results that enhance operations. 
IT Project Management Lead IT  systems, including ERP upgrades,  pall migration, and system integrations. 
Data Integration and Automation Ensure ERP data accuracy, integration, and process automation across departments. 
Vendor Management Negotiates contracts and manages relationships with ERP providers, IT vendors, and consultants. 
Business Intelligence Analyze ERP data to generate business intelligence reports that support decision-making. 
Procurement & Asset Management Oversee hardware/ software procurement, licensing, and asset management to support IT infrastructure needs. 
System Maintenance and Support Ensure minimum system downtime and provide effective IT support to all departments. 
Automation Initiatives Identify and implement opportunities for robotization to improve functional efficiency. 
Budget Management Develop and manage the IT budget, optimizing costs without compromising efficiency. 

COMPETENCIES
Leadership Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring capabilities. 
Analytical and Detail-oriented Focus on business impact and the ability to manage multiple IT projects under pressure. 
ERP Expertise Hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SAP, or Oracle. 
Cybersecurity In-depth understanding of cybersecurity practices, including firewalls, data encryption, and access control. 
IT Project Management Expertise in managing IT initiatives similar to ERP upgrades, cloud migrations, and integrations. 
Communication Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED 
Education 
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 
Expertise in ERP systems( Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SAP, or Oracle ERP). 
Knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure management. 
Experience in IT project management and business process automation. 
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. 
Excellent communication and stakeholder operation abilities. 

Experience 
Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership part.

Position 2: Electrical Manager 

JOB SUMMARY 
Under the general direction of the Engineering Manager, plans, directs coordinates, controls, and executes the specialized function of the company; ensures that spare parts and other materials required for Electrical & robotization maintenance and upkeep of plant machinery and equipment are fulfilled adequately and promptly; ensures that electrical and automation maintenance is carried out efficiently; evaluates the performance of electrical and automation activities and takes corrective actions as applicable. Ensure the company is using proper electrical energy and initiate the improvements. 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED 
Education Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering 
Experience 3 years for BA degree holders or 6 years experience for Diploma holders in the manufacturing industry

COMPETENCIES
Knowledge and Experience Required 
BSC in Electrical Engineering or original 
At least 3- 6 years of applicable work experience, 
Knowledge of WCM/ MEP strategies and initiatives 
Good knowledge of maintenance activities. 
Familiarity with maintenance systems 
Familiarity and Experience with TPM

Position 3: Maintenance Planner 

Job Summary 
Ensures that preventative maintenance of plant machinery is set and ensures preventative maintenance is being performed as per the schedule and required standard and spare parts are always ready for preventative and corrective maintenance, and ensures that machine history,  diurnal activities, encountered problems spare parts requests and consumed, utility consumption are being recorded daily and anticipate and eliminate implicit delays by planning and coordinating maintenance resources, parts, materials, and equipment access. The Maintenance Planner reports to the Maintenance Manager. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating all planned conservation activities performed at the site. 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED 
Education Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical/ electrical/  robotization/ artificial/ chemical and related engineering disciplines 
Experience 4 years ‘ of Diploma and 2 times of Degree experience in the manufacturing assiduity. 

COMPETENCIES
Knowledge in Curvaceous hydraulic and electrical schematic, piping, and instrumentation diagrams interpretation. 
Skilled in AUTO CAD.

Position 4: HR Officer 

Job Summary 
The Human Resources Officer will facilitate new hires for the company and make sure onboarding is scheduled on time. She he will be handling training program schedule, prepare training evaluation report and assist on the performance evaluation process. She he will be responsible for preparing yearly payroll. 

Required Qualifications 
BA Degree in Human Resources Management or Management or related field 
2 Years of work experience in HR
