Position: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Qualifications
Diploma/TVET college-level certificate in electricity, plumbing, welding, etc.

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for executing day-to-day preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities across the school lot. The role ensures that all buildings, utilities, equipment, and grounds operate at optimal performance to support a safe, livable, and conducive learning environment. This position requires strong specialized competency, visionary maintenance practices, and adherence to international school operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Trade preventative and Routine Maintenance
2. Electrical systems: installation, repair, and upgrade. Plumbing and Sanitary Systems
4. Carpentry, Wood Works, Welding, and Metal Fabrication. Construction, Masonry, and Facility Structural Works. Emergency Maintenance and Rapid Response
7. Safety, Compliance, and Workmanship Standards. Facility Support and Functional Logistics
9. Attestation and Reporting

Work Conditions
The work involves physical activities such as lifting, climbing, bending, and working in tight spaces.
Exposure to electricity, heights, and mechanical equipment; safety protocols must always be followed.
