Position 1Deputy Chief of Party, Technical
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree( or advanced) in education, early childhood education, experimental psychology, or related field.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Demonstrated experience in leading multi-year projects, and experience in leading partners in the achievement of project mileposts.
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in managing early childhood and education projects in an emergency context, and a minimum of 3 times of USAID-funded early childhood/ education projects.
Effective strategic planning, program evaluation, and project management skills.
Ability to analyze and synthesize outputs of special studies and communicate results as succinctly as possible.
- Proven experience in building and working effectively in teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead specialized specialists in a consortium approach, and with strong skills to work effectively with private sector and non-state actors in the expansion of early childhood education.
- Fortified experience working with the original government structure, donors, and other actors engaged in the expansion of early childhood education in Ethiopia.
- Familiarity with USAID and LEGO Foundation project management, and reporting procedures and systems.
- Strong operation skills, leadership qualities, professional reputation, ability to create synergies where applicable, interpersonal skills, and written and oral presentation skills to fulfill the different operations and directorial requirements of the design description.
- Fluent oral and strong logical, and written English communication skills.
Position 2 Warehouse & Inventory Management Sr. Manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in management/ Business Administration/ Management/ Supply Chain Management or related fields with at least 10 times guests at the senior directorial positions level.
- Proven and significant experience in supplies, goods, GIKs, and assets management, including a capability to operate web-based supplies operation, review warehousing demands and trends, and to develop strategies to fill identified gaps.
- Field-level experience in supply- chain for INGOs in transnational development and exigency programs
- Knowledge of crucial institutional benefactors and their compliance requirements in respect of warehousing and inventory management.
- largely developed interpersonal and communication skills including influencing, negotiation, and coaching.
- Experience of solving complex issues through analysis, the definition of a clear way forward, and ensuring solving in.
- Commitment to Save the Children values.
- Ability and willingness to change work practices and hours in the event of major emergencies including traveling at short notice and for extended periods
- Highly organized with good administration skills for order and information management, suitable for developing filing systems and databases to ensure an auditable trail.
- A high level of computer literacy( word, excel, ppt etc, operating software)
Position 3 Health and Nutrition Officer(Re-Advertisement)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in management/ Business Administration/ Management/ Supply Chain Management or related fields with at least 10 years experience at the senior directorial positions level.
