Position 1: Junior Electrician
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering & related fields.
Experience 1 – 2 years of experience in electrical work; exposure to EV systems is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the installation and maintenance of EV charging systems, wiring, and electrical structure.
Support diagnostics and repairs of EV electrical components, such as batteries, motors, and control systems.
Follow safety procedures, especially when working with high-voltage systems.
Conduct: introductory electrical testing and inspections under supervision.
Maintain tools and electrical equipment in proper working condition.
Document work done and report issues to the senior electrician or administration.
Learn and stay streamlined on the latest EV technologies and standards.
Skills: introductory understanding of EV components and high-voltage safety.
Familiarity with multimeters, wiring tools, and electrical schematics.
Willingness to learn, take direction, and work in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and safety inclined.

Position 2: Senior Mechanic
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Auto Mechanic & Electro Mechanical.
Experience minimum 5 – 7 years of experience as a mechanic, including 2 years working on EVs.
Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on both EV and conventional vehicles.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and service EV powertrains, battery systems, and electrical components.
Keep up to date with the latest EV technologies and maintenance procedures.
Guide and supervise inferior mechanics; provide on-the-job training, especially in EV systems.
Ensure all work meets manufacturer and safety standards.
Maintain accurate service records and reports.
Collaborate with supervisors on workload planning and specialized issues.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workshop environment.
Skills: Strong understanding of EV systems, high-voltage safety procedures, and diagnostics.
Experience using advanced individual tools and software.
Knowledge of both electrical and mechanical vehicle systems.
Ability to lead a team and work independently.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
