Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with an applicable business science major is preferred.
• Qualification in Instruction and/ or learning design is advantageous.
• provable experience as a training officer.
• Proven track record of boosting company growth through training.
• Knowledge of all applicable performance tracking software and indicators.
• Thorough understanding of contemporary HR and business procedures.
• Excellent verbal and spoken communication.
• Energetic, determined, and highly able disposition.
• Proven experience in a training program management role
Position 2: Compensation And Benefits Specialist
Job Requirements
• BS degree in mortal resources, business administration or related Filed
• Proven experience leading compensation and benefits teams
• Excellent communication skills, logical ability, and attention to detail
• Proven working experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist
• previous experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
• Acceptable knowledge of current labour rules and regulations
• Familiarity with colorful types of incentives and benefits
