Temer Properties, also known as Temer Real Estate, was founded in 2010 EC by two visionary individuals with a mission to transform the real estate landscape in Ethiopia. With a focus on delivering state- of- the- art real estate in Ethiopia, especially in Addis Ababa, we've completed over 10 major projects, providing more than 350 quality apartment units and ultramodern homes to our valued customers. 
Currently, we're laboriously developing new apartments and commercial shops in Ethiopia, offering clients access to affordable housing and high-quality business spaces in top locations. 
 Temer Properties would like to invite competent, Qualified, and interested candidates for the following positions. 

Position 1: Real Estate Sales Representative 

Qualifications 
Minimum of 1 year of real estate experience. 
Strong digital presence. 
Active communication skill. 
Key responsibilities 
customer and lead operation: Generate leads and expand a customer base through marketing and networking. 
Property representation: List properties for sale or lease, market them through colorful channels, and conduct property showings. 
Market guidance: Advise clients on market conditions, property valuations, and pricing. 
Sales management: Assist clients with the sales process, including preparing offers, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and title companies. 
Administrative tasks: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and deal activities. 
Professional development: Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends, regulations, and procedures.

Location Addis Ababa 

Position 2: Real Estate Supervisor

Qualifications 
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred. 
Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in an administrative role. 
Proven track record of achieving sales targets. 
Excellent leadership and communication skills. 
Strong logical and problem-solving abilities.

Position 3: Camera Man and Videographer 

Qualifications: Proven hands-on experience in Film, Media, Photography, or related field preferred. 
Proven experience as a Cameraman/ Videographer (portfolio required). 
Strong skills in video editing software( Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.). 
Knowledge of drone operation and real estate videography is a plus. 
Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
