Position: IT Support

Description:
Installing and configuring hardware operational systems and applications;
Monitoring and maintaining laptop systems and networks;
Talking to employees or shoppers through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phonephone, to assist created systems or resolve issues;
Troubleshooting system and network issues and designation and determination hardware or computer code faults;
Providing technical support, as well as procedural documentation and relevant reports;
Following diagrams and written directions to repair a fault or created a system;
Supporting the roll-out of latest applications;
Setting up new users' accounts and profiles
Responding at intervals united cut-off dates to call-outs;
Working endlessly on a task till completion (or referral to 3rd parties, if appropriate);
Prioritizing and managing several open cases at one time;
Rapidly establishing a decent operating relationship
Testing and evaluating new technology.
Qualification
BSC DEGREE in IT systems with a minimum of 2 years of expertise in IT system
