Position 1 Sales Promoter
Education Grade 12, TVET graduates Level 2,3 & 4 in Marketing, Management, or any business fields.
Experience Fresh Graduates Additional Qualification
Proficiency in English, both writing and speaking is essential
Ability to work as a team
Excellence communication and negotiation with clients( wholesalers and retailers)
Self-motivated, well- organized & disciplined Job Description
Ability to collect summarize, and report data from Retailers and wholesalers' Market clients
Doing visibility work in retailers and wholesalers' Market( satisfying clients, measuring, sending a request, fixing PVC, shop head, wall branding wall painting)
Develop a new market or increase the number of customers
Working as a team Different sales promotion and promotion activity
Prepared to do similar charity work and Social Responsibility
Investigating, AAnalyzingand reporting competitors' Activity on time
Position 2 Safety Officer
Required skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in safety, Environment, health and safety( EHS), Occupation health and safety
Preferable with safety role experience( also includes zero experience)
Preferable with Applicable certifications
Proficiency in safety auditing, inspection, and identifying hazards.
Well-versed in creating emergency response plans tailored to colorful scenarios.
Familiar with compliance with OSHA standards and other applicable safety regulations.
In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and stylish practices.
Expertise in using and inspection safety equipment like fire extinguishers, eye protection, and dangerous material protection.
Strong ogical and problem- solving skills to identify and mitigate implicit risks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
Attention to detail and the ability to apply safety procedures and protocols.
Objective of this role
Developing and implementing safety policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with original laws and regulations.
Ensuring the loftiest safety compliance standards and a healthy work setting for staff, visitors, and vendors.
Monitoring and staying streamlined on safety regulations, codes ,and standards applicable to the industry.
Supporting emergency preparedness and response efforts, including developing evacuation plans and procedures.
Investigating accidents, incidents, and near-miss events to determine root causes and implementing corrective measures to prevent a recurrence.
Collaborating with cross-functional departments teams to promote safety initiatives and ensure the integration of safety practices into diurnal operations.
Establishing and maintaining effective communication channels with external organizations, similar to government bodies, safety organizations, and insurance companies.
