Position 1 – Management Trainee- Engineering  

Required Qualification and Experience  EducationFirst Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, and Artificial Engineering from estimable Universities in 2023 with a CGPA of above2.8 and above for both Males & Females.

Job Description  

The major objective of this Management trainee program is to empower fresh graduates and prepare them for unborn leadership careers.  

Responsibilities  

• Participating in a classroom or on-the-job training actively.  
• Participating in meetings, shops, and team-building events.  
• Compiling reports and making presentations  
• Providing new ideas for improvement of our operation  
• Bringing positive energy into the company, and building enduring professional relationships with customers and staff.  
• Collaborating with managers to plan the work output for the organization  
• Learning about the colorful functions and operations for all employees, as well as the practices and policies that impact each phase of the business 
• Observing and training with  educated staff to learn about the standards, procedures, and methods used to be effective within each department  

Position 2 – Digital Marketing Specialist  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education BA degree in Marketing, Media, and Journalism  

Experience – Minimum of 1- year’s applicable work experience in online promotion or Digital Marketing and media networks.  

Work Place Addis Ababa  Strong knowledge of online and digital marketing resources.  

Communication skills – Outstanding writing and speaking skills in English and other original languages.  

Job Duties 

• Communicate with HQ for Digital Marketing content  
• Develop and implement a Digital Marketing strategy 
• Create and manage link-building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presence 
• Develop channels and make a plan to make the brand exposure 
• Innovate and present new marketing platforms. 
• Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyze happy success   
• Manage social media marketing campaigns 
• Contact with the designer for digital marketing graphic designers, web designers, and the agency to create unique and engaging content Keep monitoring of technology social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends 
• diurnal posts and content for social media. 
• Contact with activity team to showcase offline activities to the online 
• Manage an organization’s website and maintain it, keeping stylish practices in mind  Contact with the designer for digital marketing graphic designers, web designers, and the agency to create unique and engaging content Keep monitoring of technology social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends 
• diurnal posts and content for social media.
• Contact with activity team to showcase offline activities to the online 
• Manage an organization’s website and maintain it, keeping stylish practices in mind 
• Optimize content for the website and social media platforms 
• Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms  

Position 3 – Sales & Marketing

A representative for Jigjiga, Diredawa, Adama, Dilla, Arbaminch  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education Degree in marketing or related field of study  

Work Experience One or more years ’ experience in deals Other demands Love the mobile phone industry; Have a good sense of selling and serving; Good communicator & take initiative; I strong execution, responsive, good communication, and love sales work;
