Tsehay Bank S.C. would like to recruit qualified candidates for the following positions. The Bank aspires to deliver sustainable values for stakeholders with stylish customer experience and through state- of- the- art technology. 

Tsehay Bank is a share company established on July 23, 2022, with a business license issued as per the banking business proclamation no. 592/2008. It commenced operation with a sanctioned capital of Birr 2.8 billion and paid-up capital of 734 million Birr. It comprises a limited number of 373 shareholders. 

Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer 

Required Qualifications and Experience 
Education: BA degree holder from recognized advanced learning institutions in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or other related fields of discipline 
Experience: Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Junior Customer Service officer or Bank Trainee. 
Place of Work: Dire Dawa and Harar.

Position 2: Customer Service Officer 

Required Qualifications and Experience 
Education: BA degree holder from recognized advanced learning institutions in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or other affiliated field of discipline 
Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer.

Position 3: Senior Customer Service Officer I 

Required Qualifications and Experience 
Education: BA degree holder from recognized advanced learning institutions in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or other related fields of discipline 
Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as a Customer Service Officer

Position 4: Branch Manager I 

Required Qualifications and Experience 
Education: BA degree holder from an honored advanced learning institution in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or other related field of discipline 
Experience: Must have a minimum of 7 years of applicable experience with at least 2 years’ service at an administrative level
