The shareholders are prominent Individuals and Business organizations National Bank of Ethiopia registers the companyopia under Proclamation No. 86/1994 and license No. 017/12. To get public trust at the original stage, TISc commenced its operation with a subscribed capital of birr 45 million and paid-up capital of Birr, which was then by far more advanced than the minimal limit of Birr 3 million, having three branches in the city of Addis Ababa.
