VisionFund Micro Finance Institution (S.C.) is an Institution established according to Proclamation No. 40/96 to provide financial services to the productive poor in the pastoral and civic areas of Ethiopia. VisionFund is currently operating in four of the Regional States of the country.
VisionFund MFI is currently looking for candidates for the following positions The successful candidates will have skills and experience that meet the ensuing requirements.
Position 1: General Services Officer
EDUCATION/ TRAINING BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, or related fields
EXPERIENCE 3 years of applicable experience.
Specialized AND OTHER SKILLS
Integrated knowledge and understanding of support services concepts, practices, systems, and procedures;
Ability to interact and deal with people;
Basic computer skills;
Good written and oral communication skills.

Position 2: Motorcycle & Generator Mechanic
Qualification and Experience Conditions
TVET Diploma in Automotive Engine Service or related fields.
At least 2 years’ experience in applicable positions.

Position 3: Senior Property Valuation Engineer
Qualification, Skill, and Experience
BSC degree in Civil Engineering field of study.
Experience A minimum of 2 years demonstrated work experience preferably in Banking/ MFI industries.

Position 4: Reconciliation and Settlement Accountant
EDUCATION/ TRAINING
Bachelor degree or parchment in accounting is required
EXPERIENCE
2 years of experience for bachelorette degree or 4 times’ experience for parchment in related positions at Bank or MFI.

Position 5: Human Capital Business Partner Division Manager
EDUCATION/ TRAINING
• MBA/ Mama/ BA Degree in HRM, Management, Business Administration, Accounting/ Finance or related fields.
• A minimum of 7/9 times of applicable work experience, out of which 3 years in a senior position rather in MFI/ Banks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication chops and the capability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies;
• Excellent planning, organizational, logical and decision timber chops;
• establishment belief in cooperation and gender equivalency;
• Computer proficiency.
