Position 1 Graduate Trainee( IFB)
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, accounting, Banking and Finance, Marketing, and other Banking business-related fields.
• Only 2022 up to 2023 graduates can apply
• Age< 25
• CGPA2.5 and above
• Zero years of Experience Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles about Interest Free Banking Operation is required and mandatory. To support the Bank’s effective service delivery to customers and ensure customers are served with due care and maximum efficiency.

Position 2 Property Assessor- II
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering or a related field with two (2) years of applicable work experience. To support effective credit decision-making in the Bank by ensuring true and fair valuation of property pledges for collateral and foreclosure governed by internal valuation guidelines.

Position 3 Credit Analyst- I
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, or related field with three (3) years of applicable work experience. To enhance the quality of the Bank’s loan portfolio and the timeliness and effectiveness of credit decision-making by reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of credit analysis reports, and ensuring sound customer credit risk grading.

Position 4 Customer Relationship Manager- I
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, or related fields, with three (3) years of experience. To maintain a strong and long-continuing relationship between the Bank and its customers, and contribute to increasing the size of the loan portfolio through credit marketing and meeting the service delivery quality standard cost-effectively. The position is also responsible for ensuring loan quality through proper follow-up of individual customers.
