Position: Sales Person
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any field( Construction- related knowledge is a plus).
• 0 year & above
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for sales and willingness to learn about the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new leads and sales openings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with being and implicit clients.
• Understand and promote the company’s products and services to customers.
• Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals.
• Examiner market trends and contender conditioning to identify opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries promptly.
• Meet and exceed yearly, daily, and periodic sales targets.
