Position 1: Sales Officer (Contractual)
• Educational Qualification: A diploma or degree at Level III or II in Marketing & Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or a closely related field.
• Experience Required: Minimum of one year or more in sales.

Position 2: Director - Corporate Customer Relationship
• Educational Qualification: A master's or bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Business Management, or Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience Required: A minimum of five to seven years of experience in banking or microfinance, including at least three years in a senior or managerial role.

Position 3: Digital Lending Product Officer
• Educational Qualification:
o A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
o A relevant certification in product management or credit risk is a plus.
• Experience Required:
o At least one to four years of experience in product management, digital lending, credit, or microfinance.
o Experience in managing digital or fintech-based loan products is preferred.
• Key Competencies:
o Management of digital lending products and credit risk analysis.
o Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
o Understanding of digital lending platforms and credit scoring systems.
o Knowledge of regulatory guidelines related to digital lending and consumer protection.

Position 4: API & Integration Engineer
• Educational Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience Required:
o Minimum of two to five years of experience in API development, systems integration, or software engineering.
o Experience working with core banking systems, payment switches, or mobile banking platforms is preferred.
• Key Competencies:
o Design and development of REST/SOAP APIs; knowledge of JSON/XML, message queues, and integration patterns.
o Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, .NET, Python, or Node.js.
o Experience with API gateways/middleware tools and database/SQL skills.
o Understanding of API security protocols (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, TLS).
o Knowledge of Agile/DevOps practices and version control systems.

Position 5: Mobile Application Administrator
• Educational Qualification: A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience Required:

o Experience with mobile banking or fintech applications is preferred.
• Key Competencies:
o Administration of mobile platforms (Android and iOS) and use of admin console/configuration tools.
o Knowledge of mobile banking security practices, including biometric authentication, device binding, and transaction limits.
o Skills in monitoring and troubleshooting tools; basic knowledge of databases and SQL.

o Minimum of two to five years of experience in fraud risk management, AML/CFT, or digital banking risk.
