Zamzam Bank Internship Programme is the kick start of your career within the banking industry. You'll have the opportunity to develop your professional and particular skills over the course. In the Internship Programme, you'll take part in different trainings and you shall be paid a stipend to cover transportation expenses. You'll be a permanent employee of the bank based on the availability of vacant posts and your average performance results.  

Position: Internship- Customer Service 

Minimum Qualification: BA Degree in Social Science fields.  

0 years of experience.

GPA above 2.5 and successful completion of the public exit exam, Year of Graduation 2023, and ultimate  

Age not more than 25 years, suitable to commit to an internship for a minimum of 3 to 6 months  

Willingness to learn and ability to work in branches of the bank with little supervision  

Willingness to sign the internship program agreement  

Having certification of training related to customer service, business intelligence, etc, is advantageous. 

Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
