Position 1: Human Resource Management Officer
Minimum qualification and work experience
B.A Degree in mortal resource management, Management or other Business related fields with 4 years of experience out of which 2 years as Junior Human Resource officer

Position 2: Senior Human Resource Development Officer
Minimum qualification and work experience
Master’s Degree/ BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business related fields with 3/5 years of experience respectively of which 2 year as training and development officer.

Position 3: Manager, Human Resource Development
Minimum qualification and work experience Master’s Degree/ BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business related fields with 6/8 years of experience respectively of which 2 year as senior officer/ Team leader in training and development area.

Position 4: Senior Banking Business Officer
Minimum qualification and work experience
BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business- related fields with 3 years of banking operation experience respectively of which 2 years as branch banking Officer.

Position 5: Commercial Customer Relationship Manager
Minimum qualification and work experience
Master’s Degree/ BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business- related fields
4/6 years of banking experience respectively of which 2 years as officer in Financing & Investment( Credit) area.

Position 6: Branch Manager
Minimum qualification and work experience BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business- related fields with 5 years of banking operation experience of which 2 years as senior officer/ customer service manager or original role in branch banking area.

Position 7: Digital Financing Officer
Minimum qualification and work experience
BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business- related fields
4 years of experience in digital financing/ digital lending area.

Position 8: Senior Digital Financing Officer
Minimum qualification and work experience
MA/ BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business- related fields
3/5 years of banking experience respectively of which 2 years as officer in digital financing/ digital lending area.

Position 9: Principal Corporate Banking Officer
Minimum qualification and work experience Mama/ BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other Business- related fields with 4/6 years of banking experience respectively of which 1 year as Senior Resource Mobilization Officer/ Customer Service Manager/ Customer Relationship Manager/ Branch Manager.
Knowledge of IFB is advantageous

Position 10: Senior Trade Finance Officer
Minimum qualification and work experience MA/ BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business- related fields with 4/6 years of banking experience respectively of which 2 years as Trade Finance Officer in transnational banking area.
