Position 1: Junior Treasury Management Officer 

Minimum qualification and work experience 
 BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields with applicable experience.

Position 2: Treasury Management Officer 

Minimum qualification and work experience 
 BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields with 4 years of banking experience, respectively, of which 2 years as Junior Treasury Management Officer

Position 3: Senior Risk Management Officer 

Minimum qualification and work experience 
 Master’s Degree/ BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields with 3/5 years of banking experience independently of which 2 years as a risk Management officer. 
 Knowledge of IFB is profitable.

Position 4: Banking Business Officer I 

Minimal qualification and work experience: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields with 1 year of banking operation experience.

Position 5: Senior Banking Business Officer 

Minimum qualification and work experience: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields with 3 years of banking operation experience, respectively, of which 2 years as a branch banking Officer.

 Customer Experience 
 IFB Product Knowledge

Position 6: Branch Manager 

Minimal qualification and work experience: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields with 5 years of banking operation experience, of which 2 years as an elderly officer/ customer service manager or original role in the branch banking area. 
 Required competencies 
 Branch management; 
 Build high performance team; 
 Commitment and time management; 
 Problem solving; 
 Coaching and mentoring; 
 Internal control; 
 Effective communication; 
 Sales and marketing skills; and 
 Negotiation skills. 
 Knowledge of core banking applications

Position 7: Digital Marketing Officer 

Minimum qualification and work experience B.A Degree in Marketing Management, Digital Marketing, Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields with 2 years of applicable experience. 
 Location: Addis Ababa, Head office 

Position 8: General conservation 

Qualification and work experience: Diploma or Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or related field. 
 Proven experience of 3 years for Diploma & 1 year for Degree in maintaining and repairing creators and inverter systems. 
 Strong knowledge of diesel/ petrol generator mechanics, inverter technologies, and battery systems. 
 Ability to read and interpret specialized manuals and electrical diagrams. 
 Skilled in using individual tools, multimeters, and maintenance software (if applicable). 
 Strong problem-solving and decision- making skills. 
 Excellent time management and ability to work independently or in a team. 
 Location Head Office 
 Knowledge of IFB is  profitable 
 Salary As per the Bank’s scale and  seductive benefit package.
