Position Principal Internal Auditor
Education
- Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Finance and Auditing or related fields.
Experience
- At least 5 years applicable experience with 1 year as senior Officer as a Professional/ Expert
This position is responsible for evaluating the adequacy, effectiveness and effectiveness of the bank’s internal control, risk management and governance system and implementation of the Department’s Risk Grounded Audit Plan.
Required Technical Competency
- Prepare an audit engagement plan and examine and estimate information and documents collected to support audit results.
- Coordinate and follow up inspection on pending cases( collect auditee’s response),
- Evaluate adequacy of the Bank’s internal control system and governance system and recommend precious comments to improve control and governance systems in the Bank.
- Supervise the inspection assignments to cover all functional areas as per the audit engagement Plan.
- Coordinate and ensure proper safeguard of the bank asset.
- Ensure quality of audit/ inspection reports
