Awash Bank, Ethiopia’s pioneering private bank, was established on November 10, 1994 after the downfall of the socialist regime. The Bank was established by 486 founding shareholders with a paid- up capital of Birr24.2 million and started banking operations onFeb. 13, 1995. Position 1 Relationship Manager – Governmental Enterprise I  

Qualification & Experience

BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field plus a minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in banking sector, three (3) of which is at a administrative role.  

Job Summary  The job holder is responsible for attracting new customers’ strengthening and managing the  fiscal relationship with existing customers to meet given targets in resource mobilizations and ensuring that assigned  guests are getting the right service at the right time. He she is responsible for selling designed products for the sector, and enhance the value- add relationship with existing and new customers. This incorporates prospecting and acquiring new  guests and pursuing incremental business within the existing customers, as well as managing customer expectations to sustain the business relationship.

Job Summary  

The job holder is responsible for attracting, deepening and managing  fiscal relationship to meet deposit and loans growth goals, achieve business growth for the Bank by selling Corporate Banking Unit products within assigned sector, and by promoting and selling other products and services of the Bank to enhance value- add relationship with existing customers. This incorporates prospecting and acquiring new customers, and pursuing incremental business within the existing customers, as well as managing customer expectations to sustain the business relationship.

Position 7 Branch Manager Class III Branch  

Qualification & Experience  BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics or related discipline plus minimum of 9 years of applicable banking experience of which 3 years in a administrative position.

Skills Requirement Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory
