JOB SUMMERY
The executive Assistant is responsible for registering and filing Letters, minutes, circulars, memoranda and other materials. Screens visitors, schedules appointments and arranges telephone contacts to and from supervisor. Keeps custody of correspondent files, other nonpublic materials and petty cash Opens, feathers and routes incoming mail and other related parties.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Educational Level and work Experience BA/ Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management/ Administrative Service Management with 2/4 years applicable work experience
