Position 1 Child Protection and Gender–Based Violence Prevention Coordinator
Job Requirements
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification
• BA Degree in social work, sociology, psychology, and applicable fields of social sciences
Required Professional Experience
• A minimum of 5 years of expertise in baby safety, Gender-based violence, and associated areas, program/ challenge improvement, and administration in an emergency context are required.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing baby safety and GBV training for a wide range of stakeholders.
• Direct case administration and expertise working with children, girls, and adolescents is an asset.
• Knowledge and experience in Gender-Based Violence programming together with the prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse( PSEA) an asset. • expansive coaching within the fields of CP/ GBV, psycho-social wellbeing, case management, and application of worldwide specialized tips and standards in Child Protection and GBV Travel and/ or Work Environment Requirement
• Frequent journey to the challenge implementation Woreda

• Knowledge and expertise on MHPSS protocol
• Ability to determine a strong relationship with authorities, groups, and different partners within the challenge functional areas
• The candidate should have robust logical, downside-fixing, negotiation, and networking abilities.

• With verified expertise in supervising, tutoring, and mentoring.
